Medical Offering

Managing medical issues and medications can be a daunting task. Here at Rising Mountains, we have highly trained staff readily available to help you as much, or as little, as you need. We have one RN on-site during the week, as well as on-call personnel to assist with your healthcare needs. Rising Mountains also has a Nurse Practitioner who visits the facility. 

Some of the healthcare services we provide are:

Medication Management

• Ordering/re-ordering medications
• Coordination of medications with physicians and pharmacies
• Accurate record-keeping of medications
• Secured medication storage that meets, or exceeds Montana State Regulations

Coordination of Care

• Assisting with appointment scheduling and transportation
• Working alongside Home Health, Hospice, Physical/Occupational therapy providers

Health Maintenance

• Weight tracking
• Blood pressure monitoring
• Accurate record-keeping of medications
• Assistance with diabetes management and testing

We are also happy to provide healthcare education to our residents and families as needed.
